This Training Centre, located in Kegalle is dedicated towards in-house training classes for the security personnel. The training modules are based on industrial security principles parts 1 to 5.

TRAINING INDUCTION PROGRAMME

All Guards are trained with an aptitude for PR, courtesy and smartness. They go through an extensive program with certified instructors with each officer candidate doing role plays and scenario training. The course covers:

1. Legal guidelines
2. Public safety
3. Bomb recognition
4. Basic security operations
5. PR & communications
6. CPR and First Aid

Rights - Understanding these principles and behaving in accordance with them is key to delivering high quality services.

Responsibilities - The company provides high quality social and corporate responsibilities to both staff and clients. Security is not routine but commonsense,vigilance, operating within set procedure and growing awarness of risk. Once routine is exposed then that is the destruction of security.
